Pilates is a total body and mind conditioning program designed to help you move well, stand tall and get the very best out of your body. Pilates targets core postural muscles to keep your body balanced and your spine supported. It works by building strength from the inside out, re-balancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It teaches your body to give up any bad habits and trains you to move and breathe more efficiently.

This course will help you:

Strengthens and lengthen your muscles

Improve posture

Relax the mind

Rehabilitate after injury or during illness
