Gently re-charge your batteries with a soothing mixture of chanting, breath work and relaxation led by Judali Yoga.
Please bring something to share with the group — be it a story, an interesting object, a snack, or just a smile! Bring your favourite cushion and/or blanket and wear warm, loose layers of comfortable clothing. There are also plenty of blankets to borrow at the studio. No previous experience of yoga or mantra is necessary.
