Do you suffer from back, hip, knee, neck, shoulder pain? Do you want to improve your sporting performance and reduce your injury risk? Do you want to take control of your own heath? Foundation Training is your answer!
This workshop will cover the core principles of Foundation Training in depth as well as 10 of our basic exercises. It is open to everyone from beginners to advanced and it taught by the only three certified instructors in Scotland. You will discover how good posture and correct movement patterns dramatically improve how you feel and live and you will learn how to take control of your own pain and feel stronger than ever. This will be the start of your journey to a healthier, happier, fitter and livelier you!
The Foundation Training exercises are all body weight and can be adapted to suit any level. You will be amazed how thoroughly you can work your body without the use of equipment and you are guaranteed to feel muscles working that you’ve never felt before.
The workshop costs £90 which includes a booklet of the exercises and a yoga mat is provided. Spaces are limited!
