As we move deeper into the Spring we'll be building more strength and flexibility to support us. Finding our roots and building a foundation from which to grow so we’ll be planting our feet down, stretching in all directions and slowly building energy.
Twisting and turning once again to get deep into the liver and detoxifying the body.
Yoga flow, meditation, pranayama and of course yoga nidra to finish of the afternoon and leave you all floaty and relaxed.
