Our workshop is aimed at the ever challenging, changing tastebuds of a toddler! Many parents find Weaning a successful process and are surprised at the broad variety of foods their babies will eat. So what happens? Why, as toddlers, do they prefer beige food and yogurts?! Our workshop addresses what happens, why it happens and what to do about it to get your toddler’s eating habits back on track!
Come along, your toddler is welcome too, meet other parents experiencing the same challenges: trying to ensure a toddler eats well becomes a challenge when they develop an opinion!
For £35 per head enjoy a 2.5 hour workshop led by Michael Walne, Public Health Nutritionist BSc PHNutr. Learn why your child’s eating habits change and how to get them back on track. Discover what an optimum diet should contain and how to achieve this.
As part of the workshop we will offer you a light lunch featuring some of our favourite ‘optimum nutrition’, toddler friendly recipes for you to try. Our location is child friendly with mats, indoor and outdoor play facilities and family friendly facilities.
