King Tut's Wah Wah Hut
272A St Vincent Street, G2 5RL Glasgow, United Kingdom
#RootedInScotland launches at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut to celebrate Help Musicians Scotland's permanent roots in the country. This special launch party is part of a series of events routed across Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Perth, Dumfries, Inverness, Glasgow, and Dundee, in honour of the launch of Help Musicians Scotland.
Headlining this very special intimate gig will be Idlewild: idlewild.co.uk
The Edinburgh formed band has evolved from adolescence to a remarkable band of that era. Their music has explored identity, love and much more, making their influence undeniable. Even after a breakup and a make up the band have continued to captivate their fans. Now after a 15th-anniversary show of their breakthrough album 'The Remote Part', the Scottish indie-rock band will be performing a catalogue of great chorus tracks, to support the Scottish music industry.
Head to rootedinscotlandorg.uk for info on the additional events taking place throughout the week.
