Max D & Ari Goldman are two very fine selectors individually, but together as the Beautiful Swimmers they are absolutely electric. Hailing all the way from Washington D.C. – the two possess an irresistible charm behind the decks, bouncing away gleefully with a relaxed nature that is perhaps unique in the scene today.
Responsible for countless belters between their two respective labels – Future Times & World Building, the pair have been releasing music from good friends for the dance floor, from artists like Jack J, Hunee and Mark Seven. Ridiculously good djs, and sick producers to boot – having previously released on L.I.E.S, P.P.U and Berceuse Heroique among others – the two have a knack for feel-good, uplifting party vibes.
It’s not too often that the Swimmers come to Europe, and we are very lucky to be able to host them on the first night of their brief Trans-Atlantic weekend, playing XOYO & Berghain the following two nights before they head back to the States – catching the two in a venue the size of La Cheetah is a rare sight these days!
