Claire recently got back from India where she completed Steph Wall's 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher training. Claire loves the capacity that yoga has for creative expression and sees each practice as a chance to harmonise mind and body by getting imaginative with movement. She also teaches other forms of mindful movement in Glasgow, including Powerhoop fitness classes.
