A little about Sue:
My body has not worked properly for many years and some times still doesn't, but I believe yoga is for 'Every Body' I've become fascinated by Yoga and in particular Yin yoga.
Yin yoga is a floor based, patient, meditative yoga where you are able to really listen and observe your body and your mind.
We work through a series of postures held between 5 and 10 minutes whilst tuning into ourselves, questioning if you want to go deeper or just being patient with yourself where you are.
We will rehydrate, recharge and rejuvenate our bodies through the postures… let's see what happens… what you might discover.
