Whether you're training for Tough Mudder or just love the great outdoors you will benefit from this session.
Enjoy 2 hours of outdoor fitness training in whatever weather we're given. Be prepared to run, jump, crawl, slide, climb, swing, drop, dive, lift, splash, laugh, and help your fellow team mates along the way.
You will get wet, muddy & sweaty no matter the weather.
You do not have to be fit to start, but you have to start to get fit.

We understand that people may be aprehensive with some aspects of the session. We hope to help you conquer fears & overcome challenges throughout, however you will not be forced to do anything.
Session costs £10. Pay on the day.
Meet at Knightswood Park on Archerhill Rd outside the outdoor gym.
Please wear lots of layers, a hat & gloves.
There are no changing facilities so please be prepared to travel home wet/dirty. Bin bags, towel, change of old clothes advised.
