Join Renfrewshire Provost Lorraine Cameron in setting sail to preserve Renfrew's fishing rights on the River Clyde.
In a custom dating back as far as 1781 when the town failed to carry out the practice and lost the right to fish on parts of the Clyde as a result, the nets are now cast every three years to maintain the town's rights.
The boat will leave from Braehead Pier, travel to the mouth of the River Leven where the nets will be cast before returning to Renfrew.
Guests will be receive afternoon tea on board as part of a fantastic day for the local community.
Tickets are limited to residents of Renfrew and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
