Ana uses her experience of the more traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga to bring physical awareness into your practice while celebrating the fluidity, creativity and fun of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Expect to move through sun salutation variations, standing and seated postures to help your mind stay focused and develop strength, flexibility and balance.
The class is open to all levels including beginners.
Ana's mainly teaches Vinyasa Flow, where classes are designed around the flow of movement and coordination with breath. She currently teaches at Dance Glasgow and Merchant City Yoga.
