Free Pride aims to be as accessible as possible for as many people as possible. We will have a quiet space available with noise cancelling headphones, blankets and books for people who want to get away from the crowds.
We are fundraisng to pay for BSL interpreters for our talks and workshops, and will have printed text available where possible.
The Art School is a wheelchair accessible venue, with wide doorways and a lift between floors. The Art School is accessible via two hills- one steep one up Scott Street, and one less steep hill up Renfrew Street. We'll post more details of how to reach the Art School soon.
As our name suggests, Free Pride is completely FREE! It is free to enter both day and nighttime events, and all activities within the event are also free. Contributions towards travel expenses for those within the asylum system will be available.
Let us know if there are any barriers to you attending Free Pride, or anything we can do better on accessbility & we will do the best we can to accomodate.
PLEASE HELP US KEEP PRIDE FREE + ACCESSIBLE AND DONATE TO OUR FUNDRAISER!
