WHAT IS FIGHT CAMP?
If you've been meaning to get yourself ready for the beach this summer we're ready to help you do it. Today, we are excited to announce the 4 week Summer Fight Camp starting on the 31st of July. Challenge yourself to be in the best shape of your life by partaking in this 4 week Training camp which will leave you fitter, healthier and feeling more confident than ever in your skin
For 4 weeks you will be completing 3 training sessions each week that combine elements of high intensity circuits and Muay Thai boxing on pads designed to incinerate body fat. Each week you will be issued with guides on nutrition and recovery practices alongside additional workouts and video demonstrations.
Fight Camp begins the 31st of July, with training sessions taking place weekday evenings on:
Monday — 7pm
Tuesday — 7pm
Thursday — 7pm
Each session lasts an hour and will take place at Everyday Athlete Gym in Port Dundas.
Fight Camp is for all levels of fitness from the complete beginner to the seasoned veteran and we scale each and every workout according to your individual needs and requirements.
For those individuals wanting to participate but are worried about pre-existing injuries holding them back, don't fret, the Fight Camp coaches can cater to most injuries and complaints just let us k now prior to the camp starting.
The Fight Camp 4 week program costs £99 which covers all your training alongside your nutrition and recovery booklets and access to Everyday Athlete Gym during their «Open Gym» time slots to complete optional bonus workouts all designed to maximise your success.
